S4M (Success for Mobile) is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company founded in 2011 in France. Today we work with more than 500 advertisers to manage their mobile advertising campaigns worldwide. We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our fun-loving team! In order to support our international growth, we are looking for an Ad Operations Manager based in Paris.
The role:
You will be responsible for successful account management, execution and delivery of mobile advertising campaigns. You will be in charge of managing ad campaigns configurations on our adserving and analytics platform.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and partners (adnetworks, publishers, DSP, etc.)
- Set up, track, optimize and analyze campaign performances
- Help manage and deploy the platform using processes required to support our clients and partners
- Provide technical support, advice, and help to facilitate consistent campaign execution across a diverse range of clients and integrations
- Debug tracking solutions and ensure accurate tracking on mobile sites or apps (including JS library or SDKs)
- Testing, creative format QA, tags and complex mobile Rich Media campaigns
- Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery and conversion performance
- Edit statistical reports on a weekly basis
Skills and experience:
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through
- Must demonstrate customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving, analytical skills and resourcefulness
- Adept at using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to take initiatives and work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Javascript tags, HTML, VAST, iOS / Android SDK
You always have a positive team spirit and strong analytical sense. A knowledge of new technologies and mobile internet is an advantage. Foosball skills very much appreciated!
