In order to support our international growth, we are looking for a Head of Operations based in our APAC office in Singapore.
You will be the focal point of contact for all coordination & conversations around Operations – delivering immediate efficiency, along with long-term effectiveness improvements. You will lead a team of Account Managers, Creative Lead & Trading Managers.
We are looking for a sharp, analytical and growth-oriented professional who can solve complex problems and develop close strategic relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to sales & product teams.
- Manage all operations efficiently and devise effective initiatives for the APAC office; including planning for the rebooting of our reporting systems
- Lead conversations with Product & Tech teams to improve the service operations, as well as improving the effectiveness of the Account Managers
- Run a 4-member team of direct reports – across Account Management, Ad Operations & Prog Trading, and Creative.
- Passion for technology products and solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with big data and a creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to gather client technical/ non-technical requirements
- Ability to influence key stakeholders across regions (i.e., especially those who are in other locations)
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational & interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail
- Ability to work across different cultures and time zones
- Desire & proven ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving company with a passion for defining and streamlining processes
- Effective and proactive communication skills. You will be expected to lead delivery related client interactions, backed by data and understanding of technological aspects, and also communicate internally with product, and creative teams
- Experience of 6-8 years in the digital media industry, preferably with knowledge & contacts within the APAC landscape.
