Marketing Research Associate

We’re excited to hire a Marketing Research Associate! This individual will play a key role in database hygiene, enrichment, and expansion . We’re looking for someone who can become the steward of our marketing and sales data integrity.

Your role:

The Marketing Research Associate will report to the Director of Marketing Operations, and will involve:

  • Enrich data on potential and current customers
  • Research potential new lead sources for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor customer intent data and efficiently communicate those findings to the proper channels
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
  • Work across departments to ensure leads are delivered and activated promptly by sales and marketing

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience marketing to a technical audience
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies
  • Data and results-driven mindset

Nice to have:

  • French-speaking a plus
  • Understand data enrichment platforms such as Zoominfo
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience with working with Salesforce or similar CRM
